Rafael Nadal breaks John McEnroe’s Record   Rafael Nadal broke John McEnroe’s record for consecutive set wins on a single surface as he moved into the quarter-finals of the Madrid Open.  He broke that long unbroken record  by winning his 50th consecutive set on clay at the Madrid Open.
